陈步雷

陈步雷,男,1967年出生,汉族,安徽灵璧人。现为中国劳动关系学院副教授、中国人民大学劳动关系研究所研究员、北京恒泰信和律师事务所兼职律师。北京大学法学院法学学士(1990)、硕士(1997博士(2000)。现在中国人民大学应用经济学博士后流动站做研究。曾经在地方公安机关、国家权力机关和审判机关工作共6年。对于中国现行体制具有内部人视角。从2001年底至今,在中国劳动关系学院任教,主要讲授法理学、社会法理论、西方法律思想史、民法学等课程。在中国人民大学劳动人事学院讲授劳动关系学、劳动法学等课程。在法理学、社会法学、劳动关系学、劳动法学等学科领域发表过论文数十篇。现正参加国家社科重点课题一项、一般课题两项。曾于2005年应邀到美国哥伦比亚大学法学院、纽约大学法学院作学术访问。

1997\3—2000\8, a lawyer.

From 2001\12 up to now, a assistant professor of the China Institute of Industrial Relations and a part-time lawyer(human rights, labor and commercial affairs).

 

The Present Occupation

A post-doctor and senior fellow of the Institute of Industrial Relations of the Renmin University of China.

2.The relation between the law and rights, the influence of the dissemination/delivery of the idea/theory of the natural law and natural rights in China.

 

Others

1.Chen founded the Legal-aid Association of Peking University, a famous NGO in China, and was the first director of the association in 1995-1996.

2. Chen has handled 100 cases and many other legal affairs. As a famous lawyer, his record was reported by the People Daily, China daily(English),Legal Daily, South Weekly. He offered many legal aid to workers and farmers.

3. Chen has excellent ability of the communication by English
